He was able to provide a lot of information right away, over multiple emails and phone calls. We really liked the condo, a lot more than dozens of others we had looked at. Shaun was always very professional about things. We never had the feeling of pressure or a "hard sell." We were not able to travel to Florida because of the pandemic, so Shaun instead arranged Facetime sessions with the selling agent, which helped immensely. We had many questions and Shaun always did his best to get the answers for us. (He grew up in Naples and knows the area very well). He was always available to discuss things, even on weekends, and would always promptly return our calls and emails. When we decided to make an offer, he was very helpful throughout the offer/counter-offer process. We made an initial offer in July, and soon came to an agreement with the sellers. He was very helpful in setting up the inspection, and also in guiding us to a good local mortgage company. Shaun also has a law degree and handled the necessary legal work for us at a very reasonable cost. Most importantly, we always had the feeling that Shaun was always very honest as well as knowledgeable, which is a good feeling when you are making a very big purchase. I would recommend him very highly with no reservations!
